At €263 million, the investment in Hellenic

The value of the investment in HB stood at the end of December 2023, at €262.8 million compared to €223.2 million at the end of 2022

Demetra Holdings' investment in Hellenic Bank increased in value in 2023, as evidenced by the company's latest investment statement.

The value of the investment in HB stood at the end of December 2023, at €262.8 million compared to €223.2 million at the end of 2022, representing 75.39% of DEM's assets, compared to 74.6% in 2022.

In addition to Hellenic, the value of the investment in Logicom also increased.

The investment in Logicom amounts to 6.47% (€22.5 million) from 4.81% in 2022.

As for the real estate sector, at the end of December the company had invested €44.4 million or 12.74% of its total assets in the land and real estate development sector in Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria, against a corresponding investment of €43.3 million in 2022.

The company's largest investments in the sector are in Cyprus (€31.1 million), followed by Romania (€11.1 million) and Bulgaria (€2.2 million).

Dimitra had 3.5% of its asset value invested in other projects at the end of December 2023, up from 3.95% in 2022.

A total of €844.6 thousand was invested in bank deposits and cash at the end of December 2023, representing 0.24% of its total assets. At the end of 2022, the company had invested €776.7 thousand in cash, which represented 0.26% of its total assets.

The net intrinsic value of Dimitra's share amounts to €1.6883 from €1.4443 in 2022.

Its total assets amounted to €348.6 million from €299.2 million at the end of December 2022.
